Size	Video aspect ratio: 1:1 recommended Recommended video size: 1200 x 1200 (minimum for 1:1 is 600 x 600) If other than 1:1 aspect ratio: 640 x 360 minimum
Format	MP4 o MOV
Max weight	1 GB
Max. duration	Recommended 15 seconds or less. Max: 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
Recommendations	Video bit rate recommendation: 6000-10 000 k (6000 k recommended) for 1080 p. 5000k-8000k (5000k recommended) for 720p. Recommended frame rate: 29.97 FPS or 30 FPS. Higher values are acceptable. If the available video has a lower frame rate, do not attempt to upsample. Audio Codec Recommendation: AAC LC (low complexity) Video codec recommendation: H264, Baseline, Main or High profile with 4:2:0 color space.
